Silversmart masks are manufactured with a proprietary Bio-based Swiss Silver Ion and Vesicle Coating technology that inhibits the growth and persistence of bacteria on our fabrics. This coating remains on the fabric for up to 20 washes and is proven effective against SARS-CoV-2 in laboratory tests. This technology is EPA registered in the USA.

Yes! Each mask has an exponentially longer use-life thanks to a plant-based, anti-wicking, water repellent coating that keeps droplets from hanging around. SilverSmart masks are reusable up to 20 washes.

From yarn sourcing to manufacturing, we are 100% organic and a GOTS certified manufacturer.

GOTS ensures the organic status of textiles from the harvesting of the raw materials through environmentally and socially responsible manufacturing all the way to labelling, in order to provide credible assurances to the consumer. The standard covers the processing, manufacturing, packaging, labelling, trading and distribution of all textiles made from at least 70 percent certified organic natural fibers.
