Shipping & Returns

Simple Straightforward Shipping

Orders processed as received Monday through Friday.

After placing your order, you will receive an email confirming the shipper's tracking number(s) for your shipment(s). We typically send this confirmation email within 2-3 days after you place your order. If you never received a confirmation email or deleted it, please contact us so we can provide you with the tracking information.

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

Return policy

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for masks at this time. However, refunds for used products will only be issued if defective. We do not provide refunds after the product is shipped. Please make sure that you've carefully read the product description before making a purchase.
